Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-09
WipDeskis built for working artists, including those who create adult or mature work. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what content and conduct are permitted, restricted, or prohibited. Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or termination — without refund — and may be reported to law enforcement where required.
1. Adult Content Is Permitted, Within Limits
We acknowledge that consensual erotic, fetish, and anthropomorphic (furry) artwork is a legitimate creative practice. Such content is permitted on WipDesk when it is:
- Tagged with the appropriate Content Rating (SUGGESTIVE, EXPLICIT, or SHOCKING) before being shared
- Created by you or with the consent of the rights holder
- Not visible publicly without the viewer affirmatively choosing to view age-restricted content
2. AI-Generated Content Is Strictly Prohibited
WipDesk exists for human-made artwork. The use of generative AI is prohibited outright — not restricted, not permitted with disclosure, not allowed "as a base". This applies regardless of how the work is labelled, how much of the piece was machine-produced, and whether or not anyone was told.
You must not:
- Generate artwork, in whole or in part, with generative-AI tools — image, video, audio, or 3D-model generators — including AI-assisted steps such as img2img passes, prompt-driven inpainting or generative fill, and AI-generated bases you paint over
- Upload or store AI-generated material as your work — as a WIP, deliverable, source file, portfolio piece, commission cover, profile picture, or banner
- Sell it, invoice it, or take payment for it through any commission tracked on the Service
- Promote, advertise, or present it as your own on any public surface of the Service — public board, artist profile, portfolio, or client portal
References are not covered by this section. Your reference board is private working material, not work you deliver: it may contain anything lawful, from any source, so long as what you actually produce and deliver is human-made.
Nor does this section reach non-generative tooling that does not invent imagery — algorithmic upscaling and denoise, content-aware or patch-based fill, automatic selection and masking, stabilisation, or colour correction. These are standard parts of a working pipeline and are unaffected. The line is whether a model produced the artwork, not whether software was involved in making it.
We may ask you to evidence authorship of any piece — layered source files, process recordings, or working history. Refusing or failing to provide it when asked is treated as a violation of this section.
Enforcement is immediate and permanent account termination, without prior notice, without refund, and without appeal. This is a zero-tolerance rule: the appeal process in section 8 does not apply to it, and the graduated measures in section 7 are not a prerequisite. All content is removed and the account is not eligible to be re-created.
3. Strictly Prohibited Content
The following is never permitted regardless of style, tagging, or creative framing. Uploads in any of these categories will result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to authorities (NCMEC for CSAM, IWF, INHOPE, or local equivalents):
- Sexual or sexualized depictions of minors, including: (a) photographs or videos of any real person under 18; (b) artistic, drawn, painted, rendered, or AI-generated depictions of minors — whether human, anthropomorphic (cub art), or otherwise — in sexual, exploitative, or suggestive contexts; (c) youth-coded characters drawn in sexual contexts even if labelled as "aged-up". This is a zero-tolerance policy.
- Non-consensual depictions of real people, including deepfakes, revenge content, or sexual artwork of real individuals without their explicit prior consent
- Bestiality involving real animals (depictions of sexual acts with non-fictional, non-anthropomorphic animals)
- Content depicting real-world violence, gore, or harm intended to glorify, instruct, or incite — including terrorism, mass-violence praise, or self-harm encouragement
- Hate speech and harassment targeting protected characteristics (race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, etc.)
- Copyright or trademark infringement beyond legitimate fair-use commentary, parody, or licensed work
- Personal data of others without their consent (real names, addresses, phone numbers, or other identifying information of third parties)
- Malware, phishing, or technical abuse — uploads designed to compromise systems, harvest credentials, or distribute malicious code
4. Conduct Rules
You must not:
- Use the Service to defraud clients, including taking payment for work you do not intend to deliver
- Impersonate another artist, person, or entity
- Circumvent rate limits, plan limits, or technical restrictions
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to extract data beyond what our public APIs intentionally expose
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written permission
5. Content Rating Responsibilities
Each commission must be tagged with the correct content rating before it is shared with a client or made public:
- SAFE — suitable for all audiences
- SUGGESTIVE — implied nudity, romantic themes, mild violence
- EXPLICIT — explicit nudity, sexual content, significant violence
- SHOCKING — extreme content (heavy gore, intense fetish content) — viewers must opt in to see
Repeatedly mis-tagging content (e.g. tagging EXPLICIT work as SAFE) is a violation of this AUP.
6. Reporting Violations
If you find content that violates this AUP, report it to abuse@wipdesk.com with the URL or commission slug, a description of the violation, and any supporting context. We act on reports of CSAM, non-consensual content, and imminent harm immediately, 24/7.
Copyright infringement has its own process and address — see our DMCA & Copyright Policy.
7. Enforcement
We may, at our sole discretion: (a) remove offending content; (b) suspend access to specific features; (c) terminate accounts; (d) retain evidence for law-enforcement purposes; (e) preserve and disclose information when legally required.
We may take any of these actions without prior notice when content falls into the "Strictly Prohibited" categories above.
8. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal within 14 days by emailing abuse@wipdesk.com. We will respond with a final determination within 30 days.
There is no appeal for CSAM-related determinations, or for terminations under section 2 (AI-generated content).
9. Updates
We may update this AUP as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced via email and an in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
